Your reservations are done through our online system and your card will be used to pay for the reservation.

Booking :
Your booking is confirmed with the credit card used at the time of reservation as guarantee. You will be charged in US$. You can choose to lock in the exchange rate and the price in US$ at the time of booking or choose to pay 30 days prior to your arrival date at whatever the applicable exchange rate is going to be for EUR-US$.

A PREPAID VOUCHER will be given to you for your reservation once the payment is processed.

Cancellation :
For Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees. Cancellations need to be done online on our site or by calling us. Email / phone cancellations are available only Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST. 

For cancellation Less than 3 days prior to date of arrival or a NO SHOW, there is a retention charge equivalent to one night will be charged.
Cancellations need to be received in writing to be processed or can be done online.

REFUNDS :

Any refunds are subject to Administrative fees of 15% on refund amount once the credit card is charged for payment towards a reservation.

Atop a hill sits La Seu Vella or Lleida's Old Cathedral, which was built back in the 13th century and which offers great views of the city and surrounding flatlands of Segre. The New Cathedral, built in the Baroque style is located in the city's commercial heart, just five minutes from the Parador. Lleida is an interesting destination for those looking to follow the Romanesque Routes, such as that area of Alta Ribagorza which boasts no fewer than nine Romanesque churches in the Vall de Boí, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Nature is also close at hand with the Arboreum Dr. Pius Font y Quer nearby. This is an immense botanic garden of more than 7 hectares, with 18 spaces, each representing a different area of the planet. If you like to stay active, the perfect place for playing sport and observing the flora and fauna is La Mitjana, a surprising natural area, which stretches along the edge of the city by the riverside.

The city of Lleida, the capital of the inner region of Catalonia, is located in the extreme west of the province of the same name, 155 km away from Barcelona and just 2 hours away from the Pyrenees ski slopes and 1 hour away from the beaches of the Mediterranean. The Parador is located in an old convent of the 17th century in the historic centre of the city, just a few metres away from calle Mayor and the pedestrian and commercial area. The main pedestrian access to the Parador is by Calle Cavallers (pedestrian street), through the atrium or hall of the church. The access by car is by Calle La Palma (direct access to the car park of the Parador). 20 metres away is the access to the Parador from Plaza Sant Antoni Maria Claret. The daily price of the car park is € 15.
