Your reservations are done through our online system and your card will be used to pay for the reservation.

Booking :
Your booking is confirmed with the credit card used at the time of reservation as guarantee. You will be charged in US$. You can choose to lock in the exchange rate and the price in US$ at the time of booking or choose to pay 30 days prior to your arrival date at whatever the applicable exchange rate is going to be for EUR-US$.

A PREPAID VOUCHER will be given to you for your reservation once the payment is processed.

Cancellation :
For Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees. Cancellations need to be done online on our site or by calling us. Email / phone cancellations are available only Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST. 

For cancellation Less than 3 days prior to date of arrival or a NO SHOW, there is a retention charge equivalent to one night will be charged.
Cancellations need to be received in writing to be processed or can be done online.

REFUNDS :

Any refunds are subject to Administrative fees of 15% on refund amount once the credit card is charged for payment towards a reservation.

Activities

Vic is the capital of the inland district of Osona, located along the banks of the Meder River in Barcelona province. It has a lovely historic quarter noted for its cathedral. The church, built in the late 18th century, is neoclassical in style. Among its main attractions are a group of wall paintings by Josep María Sert inside. A tour of Vic should also include such iconic sights as the Episcopal Palace, situated next to the cathedral complex; porticoed Plaza Mayor (Main Square); Roman temple; Sant Domènech Monastery and La Pietat Church.
